You don’t have to pre-qualify to sign up for one free personal 20-minute legal clinic with a panel of qualified attorneys, who can advise you in a variety of legal areas. You must pre-register for one of the upcoming virtual meeting spots, which are scheduled weekly.
Qualifying for Free Legal Support
To be eligible for our legal assistance, you must be a resident of Lee County or have been referred to us by another legal services program. You must also meet certain other requirements to be eligible for free legal aid provided by the Lee County Legal Aid Society. Free Immigration Legal Aid
Lee County Legal Aid Society offers free immigration services to help neglected and abandoned children under the age of 18 pursue U.S. citizenship, gaining a path to proper education and employment.
